How about a trip to Wisconsin?
„Would you like to go to Wisconsin with a group of hospitality and culinary students? We've got an invitation from a Technical College!"

„Great idea!
And that is how - in the year 2000 - Kaethe-Kollwitz-Schule, two Technical Colleges in Wisconsin and one College from Northern Ireland started our exciting journey.
For eleven years now many of our school members and sometimes their families have taken the chance to widen our horizons, grow personally and professionally and to make friends.
I am extremely glad that this journey is still bound to go on. In June 2011 we decided to start a new seminar cycle 2012 - 2015with the topic "Marketing Heritage - Is our town fit for visitors from abroad?"
Welcome on board!

By the way: The KKS Wisconsin exchange program is part of the partnership between the states of Hesse and Wisconsin which has been going on for many years now. In additon the Wisconsin Technical College System and the Vocational Colleges in Hessen agreed on a contract to enhance the co-operation between these educational institutions in 1998. Since then there have been study tours for teachers every year (Spring: Faculty from Wisconsin visits Hessen - October: Faculty from Hesse visits Wisconsin)
