Participants: 11 tourism students from South West College / Fermanagh College (SWC), 20 marketing, hospitality management and culinary arts students from Madison Area Technical College (MATC) and Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC) and 11 hospitality and tourism (management) students from Kaethe-Kollwitz-Schule (KKS)

Responsible faculty members: Damian James, Siobhan Hallawell, Jack Hart, Holly Mercier, Paul Short, Brad Piazza, Mic Pietrykowski, Daniela Kahrmann, Uli Simon

Towns visited: Enniskillen, Belfast, Dublin, Derry

Sightseeing: Antrim Coast, Giant's Causeway, Carrick a Rede Rope Bridge, Crom Castle. The American group also toured Fermanagh County

Overnights: in Hostels (KKS students)

Fields of study: Students presented explored and discussed sustainable business practices in mixed nationality groups and compared approaches in Northern Ireland, the USA and Germany

Costs: 500 € (for KKS students)
